Privacy policy

Botopia for Technology & Software (“Botopia”, “we”) is a company based in Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains how we handle information when you use this website or contact us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.

What we collect. If you contact us, we receive the name, company, phone number and message you choose to send — usually through WhatsApp Business. Server logs may keep a technical address and browser type for a short period, only to keep the site running.

How we use it. We use this information to reply to you, prepare a demo, and operate the assistants we deploy for clients. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Where it is stored. Client production data is stored in the systems agreed in writing — often the client's own Google Workspace, CRM or self-hosted n8n instance. Website inquiries are kept in our WhatsApp Business account and email.

How long we keep it. Conversations with prospective clients are kept while a commercial discussion is open, then deleted or archived on request. Production logs follow the retention period in each client agreement.

Your choices. Email a.sakr@botopia-eg.com to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and Meta's terms also apply when you message Boto.
